ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-2 working days to process your order. Expect an email within that timeframe to let you know your order is on the way!


DELIVERY: UK ONLY

For Next Day Delivery -
Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same working day for delivery the next working day.

For Standard Delivery -
Orders are dispatched to Royal Mail as Tracked 48. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery once shipped.

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please view our returns policy.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@maluri.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
