Where is my order?

You can track your order by one of the following:

- Clicking 'order status page' on your orders via my account

- Viewing the shipment details that would have been sent to your email after dispatch.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us through your order on your account or by filling out the contact form. Otherwise, check out our other contact options through our contact page.

If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return this back to us so that we can process a full refund for you.

Please be advised that you will not be refunded for the shipping costs if it has already been shipped.

How do I return my items?

Please note, you will be responsible for the shipping costs and any loss/damage of any items until we have received them. Send us an email on support@maluri.co.uk or click return on your customer account.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed at any time will be dispatched within 2 working days unless you have paid for next day delivery.

Please order before 2pm to receive your order the next day.

My order is delayed, what should I do?

If your order is delayed, please get in touch and we will investigate this for you. Contact us HERE

Tracking shows it's delivered but I haven't received it

Sorry to hear that you have not received your item. Please send us an email or contact us HERE and we will do our best to further investigate this for you

Do you ship Worldwide?

At the moment, we only ship to the United Kingdom and United States.

My Account

I made an order using a different email, can I transfer it over to the account I signed up with?

Unfortunately, no you can’t. You would have to create an account with the email used to revisit the order.

How do I change my address?

If you have made an account with us, you can change your address by logging in and editing the default address.
Please note, this will not change the address of any orders previously made.

When will my points show on my account?

After you place an order, your points should automatically show on your account. 

Please note, any cancelled orders will be deducted.
