Where is my order?
You can track your order by one of the following:
- Clicking 'order status page' on your orders via my account
- Viewing the shipment details that would have been sent to your email after dispatch.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us through your order on your account or by filling out the contact form.
If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return this back to us so that we can process a full refund for you.
Please be advised that you will not be refunded for the shipping costs.
How do I return my items?
Please note, you will be responsible for the shipping costs and any loss/damage of any items until we have received them. Send us an email on support@maluri.co.uk or click return on your customer account.

When will my order be dispatched?
After official launch, orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same working day
After 3pm, orders will be dispatched the next working day

My Account
I made an order using a different email, can I transfer it over to the account I signed up with?
Unfortunately, no you can’t. You would have to create an account with the email used to revisit the order.
How do I change my address?
If you have made an account with us, you can change your address by logging in and editing the default address.
Please note, this will not change the address of any orders previously made.
When will my points show on my account?
After you place an order, your points should automatically show on your account.
Please note, any cancelled orders will be deducted.
