We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, it is the customers’ responsibility to pay for the return shipping which is a flat rate of £4 (UK Orders) per return. (This will be deducted from your total order amount) We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Alternatively, you can request to ship your return by yourself and will be requested to provide us with a shipping number if you are using the portal.
If you are returning from the U.S, you will have to use the portal to ship your return.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT WHEN YOU ARE SHIPPING YOUR RETURN, THE SHIPMENT INCLUDES TRACKING OTHERWISE, FAILURE FROM CARRIER TO DELIVER RETURN WITH NO TRACKING NUMBER WILL RESULT IN YOUR RETURN BEING CANCELLED WITH NO REFUND.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like our pillows and acrylic powders unless they have been unopened as they will be delivered with a seal.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
